John handled every aspect of our dream holiday to Italy flawlessly. John secured our airfare, airport transfers, hotel accommodations, train tickets, and "skip the line" tours to the most popular attractions. All we had to do was show up because everything else was taken care of by John already. This was the easiest holiday we ever went on. We also appreciated the personal service that John provides. John had all of our trip details printed out and ready prior to our trip. Even better, John confirmed all of our daily activities each day and kept in touch with us throughout our trip. It was like he was almost there with us. We will definitely be using John for all of our travel needs. We had never been to Italy before yet due to the great planning by John, we were located in the best hotels and we were able to attend great tours. Everything was easy to access, from train stations, to hotels, to museums, and restaurants, etc. Great customer service and a great trip come true!

John helped plan my husband and I first vacation abroad to Italy and we had an amazing time! John was great with communication throughout the whole process and had planned everything from our transfers to and from different city’s, hotels and guides for day trips. Each transfer he would check in and make sure everything went smooth and we were picked up on time as well as each tour we had planned. We had never traveled abroad before but he had created an itinerary and instructions to follow and made it so easy. We will definitely be using him for our future vacations!

John helped us plan our honeymoon to Italy. He was so extremely kind and helpful from the moment we gave him a call! Everything on our trip went so smoothly and it was all thanks to John. My husband and I said the whole trip how glad we were that we reached out to him to help us. I think what stood out about him was that he checked on us almost everyday we were on our trip to make sure the tours and cars he booked us were confirmed. No matter the time in the US, he always answered a question we had for him. Thank you John for your excellent travel service!!

Just got back from a 10-day honeymoon in Italy. John made the planning process personal and easy, meeting with us several times before, as we revised our itinerary and finalized our arrangements. The trip was flawless and for the few small hurdles (flight delay, cancelled excursion), John took care of updating our driver/rescheduling as necessary. John also confirmed drivers/tours/etc. the day before while we were there. When we accidentally got off at the wrong train stop, causing ourselves a delay, he made sure our driver at the connecting stop waited for us! He went above and beyond from beginning to end and allowed us to enjoy our trip worry/stress free!

There is no rating high enough for Venus Travel! John met with us in person several times and planned everything perfectly within our budget! John was incredibly knowledgeable about tours, hotels and safety tips. Not only did John keep us updated during the planning process, but he was incredibly organized and made it very easy for us to travel to Italy (even though we haven’t been there before). When we were on our trip, John checked in with us every day and reconfirmed daily tours and flights with both us and the travel company. Even on beach days, John still checked in just to make sure things were going well. He was always a text message away even with the time difference. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a travel agent. John made our trip a fantastic experience and he is also a great guy.

John was fantastic!!! I had an issue with a return from Italy. He jumped on my problem immediately. found me a much better flight and connecting flight back to Chicago. it all worked out perfectly. You’re the best John thanks!

Review #1 I have booked several trips through Venus Travel & always secured the best airfare saving me & my family hundreds of dollars per airfare each time. Our agent John was always a phone call away if we needed any assistance. Just a local neighborhood guy willing to accommodate us any way possible. He was very patient & answered ALL our questions & concerns promptly & thoroughly. Personal service on steroids! I will never again purchase airline tickets online only to be routed to an offshore customer service agent that could not even answer a simple question. I'm so happy that my friend recommended John from Venus Travel to plan and arrange my trip to Italy. John was informative, answered so many questions, and arranged the perfect trip. We wanted to travel by train through Italy, and John made all the necessary arrangements and provided us with excellent guidance on our itinerary. One of our flights had a time change, and John texted and called to alert us ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Knowing we had John taking care of us made our trip stress-free!

Very Good experience since the trip was leaving on Wednesday and they were able to do my trip on Monday two days before the flight so I was very lucky and they are very professional. The whole trip was excellent. Mariela was on top of everything in more than two weeks of the vacation trip. 100 percent recommended !!!
